Micro flow Peristaltic Pump Hose flow calculation method:

1. How to determine the hose model: The customer decided to use the BT100-2J Peristaltic Pump. The pump head is DG-1 six-roller and the flow rate is required to be 10ml/min.
a. Refer to the flow chart of the DG-1 ten-wheel pump head: sequentially observe the large flow value of each hose in the peristaltic pump model.
1.52*0.86 hose: 15ml/min
1*1 hose: 6ml/min
b. Refer to the flow value and determine the hose with 1.52*0.86.

2. How to calculate the speed:
Example: The customer determined to use the BT100-2J peristaltic pump. The pump head is DG-1 six-roller, the hose is 1.52*0.86, and the required flow rate is 10ml/min.
a. Refer to YZ1515x pump head hose flow curve
b. Calculate the speed: 15/100=10/x x is 66.7 rpm

Medium Flow Peristaltic Pump hose flow calculation method:

The X axis is the rotation speed (rpm), and the Y axis is the flow rate (ml/min).

1. How to determine the hose model example: The customer determines to use the BT300-2J peristaltic pump, the pump head is YZ1515x, and the required flow rate is 300ml/min.
a. Refer to the YZ1515x pump head flow curve diagram: Calculate the large flow value of each hose in the peristaltic pump model in turn. Since the value after the reference flow graph is 600 rpm, the flow rate is 600 rpm. The BT300-2J's * large speed is 300 rpm. So the peristaltic pump hose * large flow rate is divided by 2:
16# hose: 460/2=230ml/min
25# hose: 960/2=480ml/min
17# hose: 1600/2=800ml/min
b. Refer to the flow value and determine the 25# hose.
Similarly, if you use the BT100-2J peristaltic pump, * large speed is 100 rpm, then each hose * large flow rate is divided by 6, and so on.

2. How to calculate the speed:
Example: The customer determines to use the BT300-2J peristaltic pump, the pump head is YZ1515x, the hose is 25#, and the required flow rate is 300ml/min.
a. Refer to YZ1515x pump head hose flow curve
b. Calculate the speed: 960/600=300/x x is 187.5 rpm

Large flow peristaltic pump hose flow calculation method:

Example: The customer determined to use the WT600-4F peristaltic pump with a pump head of YZ35-13 and a flow rate of 8000 ml/min.
a. Refer to YZ35-13 pump head flow curve diagram: Observe the * large flow value of each hose in the peristaltic pump model in turn.
73# hose: 6000ml/min
82# hose: 11000ml/min
b. Refer to the flow value and determine the 82# hose.

2. How to calculate the speed:
Example: The customer determined to use the WT600-4F peristaltic pump, the pump head is YZ35-13, the hose is 82#, and the required flow rate is 8000ml/min.
a. Refer to YZ35-13 pump head hose flow curve
b. Calculate the speed: 11000/600=8000/x x is 436.4 rpm
