The working principle of

Microbial indicators (such as Staphylococcus aureus suspension) are pumped to the aerosol nozzle of the aerosol generator by peristaltic pump, and the air source is also transported to the aerosol nozzle of the aerosol generator, so that the microbial suspension atomizes in the aerosol generator and produces bacterial aerosol.

After sampling the bacteria by biological sampler, the bacteria culture was carried out.Finally, the filtration efficiency of the mask was calculated based on the concentration of bacterial aerosol before and after filtration.
