2. When the process is continuous operation, the actual flow should be consistent with the rated flow of the peristaltic pump. If a stable operation is required and the flow requirements are changing, it is best to use an adjustable-speed peristaltic pump, and the maximum flow should not exceed The rated flow of the pump.

3. When the process is intermittent operation and there is no quantitative requirement, the rated flow of the peristaltic pump can be greater than the required flow. If there is a quantitative requirement, the rated flow of the peristaltic pump should be basically in line with the actual flow.

4. The rated pressure of a peristaltic pump refers to the working pressure of the peristaltic pump with a certain power motor. The actual working pressure of the peristaltic pump is determined by the pipe resistance loss and the lifting height of the system where the peristaltic pump is located. Therefore, in operation, the actual working pressure of the system should not be greater than the rated pressure of the peristaltic pump.
