Application of peristaltic pump in low temperature atomizing dryer

Low temperature atomizing dryer is a small and medium-sized experimental equipment, mainly used in universities, research institutes, and laboratories of food, medicine, and chemical enterprises to produce trace particle powder ink, realizing instant drying of materials under low-temperature vacuum, providing a convenient and safe drying method for thermally sensitive materials.
The working principle of the low-temperature atomizing dryer is that the air passes through the filter and heater, enters the air distributor at the top of the drying tower, and then enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The feed liquid is pumped from the feed liquid tank through the filter to the centrifugal atomizer on the top of the drying tower so that the feed liquid is sprayed into tiny fog-like droplets. The feed liquid and the hot air flow in parallel contact, the water quickly evaporates, in a very short time to dry into finished products. The finished products are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the fan.

When the feed liquid is sent to the centrifugal atomizer, it should be ensured that the feed liquid is isolated from the outside world. A Peristaltic Pump can meet its requirements. Peristaltic pump depends on the flexibility of the hose for transmission work, liquid only contact with the pump pipe, will not be contaminated by the outside world. Easy maintenance, only need to replace hoses regularly.

One of the great advantages of peristaltic pumps is that they can be customized according to customer requirements and are mounted on equipment requiring fluid transfer (such as the low-temperature atomizing desiccant in the picture).
