How to use peristaltic pump correctly

Before starting operation, fill the shell of the constant-flow pump with liquid to be delivered for safe start. If the ambient temperature is lower than freezing point, hot steam should be pre-pumped into the pump for preheating treatment, and then the constant flow pump can be started. The direction of rotation of constant flow pump should be consistent with the inlet and outlet of oil. If the constant current pump is first run, or idle for a long time and then used, it is best to run for one hour or so under the condition of no load or small load. If abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise are detected in advance during the running-in stage, the machine should be stopped for inspection. Constant current pump bearing or flange and its driving motor should use a common installation foundation, foundation, flange or bearing need to have enough stiffness, in order to reduce the vibration and noise generated by constant current pump operation. Motor and constant current pump must be connected with elastic coupling, coaxiality less than 0.1 mm, tilt Angle shall not be more than 1 degree. The installation of the coupling shall not be hammered, so as not to damage the gears and other parts of the constant-current pump. If using belt wheel, sprocket wheel and so on when driving, bracket support should be set up to prevent the driving gear bearing from radial force. When fastening the anchor screws of the constant-current pump and motor, the screws should be subjected to uniform force and connected reliably. When the coupling is turned by hand, the constant flow pump should be felt to be able to rotate easily, and no abnormal phenomena such as clamping appear, and then the pipe can be arranged. Constant flow pump suction pipe diameter should be large enough, and avoid narrow channel or sharp turn, reduce elbow, remove unnecessary valves, accessories, as far as possible to reduce the installation height of the pump, shorten the length of the suction pipe, in order to reduce pressure loss.
