If peristaltic pump is not used for a long time, what should be paid attention to?

(1) Check whether the Peristaltic Pump and pipes and joints are loose. Rotate the peristaltic pump by hand to test whether the peristaltic pump is flexible.
(2) Observe the addition of bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, the oil level should be in the centerline of the oil gauge, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
(3) Loosen the conversion plug of the peristaltic pump body and inject water (or lead grass).
(4) Close the gate valve of the water pipe and the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.
(5) Start the motor to ensure the correct rotation of the motor.
(6) Start the motor, after the peristaltic pump works normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to display the appropriate pressure, and then gradually open the gate valve to check the load of the motor.
(7) To make the flow of the peristaltic pump and lift within the scope specified by the road sign, so that the peristaltic pump works at the most efficient point, to maximize the effect of energy-saving.
(8) When the peristaltic pump is running, the bearing temperature shall not exceed 35C ambient temperature, and the highest temperature shall not exceed 80C.
(9) If an abnormal sound is found in the peristaltic pump, the reason for stopping should be found out immediately.
(10) To stop the peristaltic pump, close the gate valve and manometer, and then stop the motor.
(11) Peristaltic pump work * 100 hours of lubricating oil replacement within a month, and then every 500 hours of oil replacement.
(12) Regularly adjust the packing pressure cap to ensure the normal water leakage in the packing room (water leakage is appropriate).
(13) Check the wear of the sleeve regularly. If the wear is large, it should be replaced immediately.
(14) When using the peristaltic pump in winter, the lower drainage plug of the pump should be screwed after shutdown to make the medium clean. Prevent frozen cracks

(15) If the peristaltic pump is stopped for a long time, the pump should be completely disassembled, dried, and the rotating parts and joints should be coated with oil for good preservation.
