A USA water treatment company used CR's BG600-S/YZ35-15 peristaltic pump in the biofilm wastewater treatment test process to transmit the sewage containing muddy sand to the biofilm reaction tank to help verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the biofilm wastewater treatment process. In order to successfully complete the test, the customer put forward the following requirements for the peristaltic pump:

1. Peristaltic pump can be used to pump sewage containing 150mg/L of sand, and will not affect the service life of the pump.

2. The sewage flow range is wide: 80L/hr-500L/hr, the flow can be adjusted according to the actual process requirements.

3. Peristaltic pump can be operated outdoors, 24 hours a day, continuous operation for 6 months.

1. When CR peristaltic pump transfers fluid, the fluid only flows in the tube and does not directly contact the pump body. Moreover, CR peristaltic pump has low shear force, so there will be no sticking and blocking problem in the transmission of fluid containing solid particles, and the service life of the pump will not be affected.

2. CR peristaltic pump has a strong self-priming capacity up to 9.5 meters, and the pump can run dry without causing any damage, and the installation position of the pump is more flexible when used for sewage water level raising.
