Today, a customer called us: just bought a small Peristaltic Pump, intended to drip monomers, acrylate experiments, the manufacturer equipped with silica gel tube, but the experimental process found that this tube may be too permeable, monomer flavor will volatilize.

And if acrylic acid tastes better alone, I wonder if it can be replaced by water pipes.

Our Engineer replies: the airtightness of butyl rubber in rubber is good, plastic has some barrier resins, but I don't know if there is this resin pipe for sale, such as nylon, PET, PVDF, EVOH are very good. Of course, trachea can also be used, PP, PU, PE can be used.
