Small peristaltic pumps are relatively small fluid transfer equipment. The Peristaltic Pump has a simple structure and consists of a driver, a Peristaltic Pump Head, and a Small Peristaltic Pump hose. When the peristaltic pump is transferring fluid, occasionally there will be no water output, which causes the peristaltic pump to not work normally and affects the work.

Reason 1: One end of the hose of the Small peristaltic pump just touched the bottom or wall of the container when it was absorbing and transferring water, blocking the mouth of the hose.
Solution: Need to re-fix the device hose without touching any blocking objects, install the filling countersunk head to avoid hose adsorption phenomenon.

Reason 2: The hose of the peristaltic pump is leaking, which prevents negative pressure in the tube.
Solution: just replace the leaking pipeline

Reason 3: The peristaltic pump can transfer particles or viscous liquids, but the hose may be blocked.
Solution: clean up the blockage or replace the pipeline, and the liquid with particles must be smaller than the inner diameter of the hose.

Reason 4: The hose with non-standard wall thickness is used, which makes the pump head of the peristaltic pump unable to tightly press the hose, causing the hose to leak air.

Reason 5: The pressure gap of the pump head is changed, which makes it impossible to tightly press the standard hose under normal use, which constitutes a hose leak.

Solution: If the pump head does not have pressure adjustment, you need to replace the pump head; if the pump head has a pressure adjustment function, you need to adjust the pressure adjustment knob until the hose stops watering.
