Therefore, pay attention to keeping the peristaltic pump sealed in a ventilated and dry environment.
2, Check the problem If it is not used for a long time, check whether the roller in the pump head is flexible when using it again, whether the rotation is stuck, and whether there is any abnormal noise after starting the peristaltic pump for operation. Note: If you find that the roller cannot be rotated or it is difficult to rotate, do not use it forcibly. The motor will be damaged when the fault is serious, and it is recommended to contact us immediately to solve it.
3, hose preservation Peristaltic pump silicone tubes are commonly used consumables, and attention should also be paid to the storage method. If the silicone tube is in a humid environment for a long time, it will be damaged due to the dissolution of water-soluble substances and water in the silicone. If it is not used for a long time, it should be sealed and stored in a dry place.
